I am not keen on the steel saws I’ve dealt with six or seven different dealerships, and I’ve never come across people like are in great Plains Kubota or sthil dealership. They fixed another store, screw up another store and been selling me the wrong chain for the saw their service man fix that problem of why the chain was incorrect and I had the receipt from them and the Great Plains exchange them for me exchange those changing gave me the correct chains you need to fill all of your stores with the lady in that store in you would have a wonderful place it all locations she goes up and beyond what is required of an employee I enjoyed my experience, and I am buying another soul Monday from there will not buy from any place else. Like I said, I have dealt with six or seven stores never come across one like great Plains. You need to do all your work there and deal with that lady. She is the best Don’t forget about the man who works on the saws. He is the best as well. Thank you for a great experience in your store.
