Lindsey Emery
Vice President of Operations
Lindsey joined the team in 2023 as the Executive Director of Human Resources and Operations. Lindsey has more than a decade of experience in Human Resources, and additionally held management roles in compliance and operations in the oilfield services industry.
She has extensive experience in developing and managing all aspects of organizational health, improving operational stability and efficiency, as well as facilitating organization-wide change. Lindsey has a Bachelorʼs in Interpersonal Communication and Masters in Human Relations. She is excited about collaborating to affect culture and efficiency between all levels of the Company.
